How long will delivery take?

This depends on where you live. We always recommend express delivery when available. Slings are always dispatched on the day of purchase or the next working day. Please remember that we can not control or affect shipping times. Approximate delivery times are as follows:

Republic of Ireland: The next working day

UK: Express 2-3 working days, Surface 2-6 working days

Europe: Express 2-4 working days, Surface 3-6 working days

USA: Express 3-4 working days, Surface 3-7 working days

Canada: Express 4 working days (main centres only), Surface 4-10 working days

Australia: Express 5-10 working days (main centres only), Surface 5-12 working days

Rest of the World: Surface 5-12 working days

How do I choose a sling size?

Will I recieve a tracking number with my shipping confirmation?

Tracking numbers are only given with slings that are sent via Express mail. There is no tracking with surface mail.

How do I know if a sling is suitable for the left or right arm?

Our slings are suitable for either arm unless stated otherwise in the title. Our bargain slings clearly state which arm the are for and can not be worn on the opposing arm. 

Do you make slings for children younger than 2 years?

No. For safety reasons we do not make slings for children younger than two years of age.

Should my child wear his sling to bed?

Absolutely not. We remind parents that slings should be used under adult supervision and always be removed at night.

I want to order a particular sling for my 7 year old but it is only available in 2 - 6 years. Why?

Perhaps it may be sold out in the larger size. Sometimes we make a call that a fabric will only appeal to younger children and we never make this sling in the 6 - 10 years size. We may very well have fabric available to make the sling in the bigger size so please do not hesitate to contact us in this regard.
