DELIVERY DETAILS

At Kids Slings we understand that little broken bones need support most in the immediate aftermath of a break. We will always endeavour to post slings on the very day they are ordered. Every sling for sale on our site is already fabricated and ready for immediate dispatch. We always recommend our customers choose Express Shipping (where available) at checkout as slings delivered by this method will arrive sooner and are trackable. For approximate delivery times please refer to our 'Frequently Asked Questions'.

We use the Irish postal system, An Post, to post our slings. Slings will be delivered by the corresponding national postal system in destination countries. The mail departs our local post office at 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3.30pm will be dispatched the next working day. We can not be held accountable for delays caused by the postal system in Ireland or other countries. Please understand that these organisations are third parties and are entirely outside of our control. 

The Irish postal system does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Public holidays in Ireland fall on the 1st of January, 17th March, Good Friday and Easter Monday, the first Monday in May, June and August, the last Monday in October and the 24th, 25th and 26th of December

We are not responsible for any customs charges which may fall due in destination countries, nor can we calculate these liabilities for you. 

Returns

It is impossible to make a sling which will fit every child universally. Occasionally slings may not fit a particular cast or child. We accept returns in this instance. We will refund the cost of the sling only, not the postage fee, as this fee has already been incurred by us. Slings must be unworn and in a saleable condition. Our returns policy is voided if a sling is altered, adjusted or modified in any way. There are no refunds on custom sized sling orders.
